Booking your first appointment
Your first appointment needs to be a 1 hour consultation, which will start with a general health check and injury assessment, followed by the treatment. Be sure to check out our client comments before booking and please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your session. Payment can be made by cash or cheque, cheques can be made payable to 'Andy Todd'.
Follow up sessions
Follow up massage sessions can be made in either 1 hour or 30 minute treatment time slots, your therapist will indicate how much time is needed to conduct the session and possible treatment plans that are suitable for you.
Cancellation policy
Please be aware before booking that appointments rescheduled, cancelled or not attended are charged at the full amount unless 24 hours notice is given.
